The Chronicles of Aeres Setting Handbook

The Chronicles of Aeres is an unofficial high fantasy campaign setting for 5th Edition. It's a world packed with nostalgia for the golden age of fantasy media and RPGs, from Tolkien to Dragonlance to the Dark Crystal and beyond. 

The handbook contains everything you need to create a fleshed out character or an action-packed adventure within the setting. Contained within, you'll find: 

• 350+ pages of content with full color illustrations from over 20 talented artists.
• 18 fleshed out races and cultures--including new twists on familiar tropes, from rune-powered dwarfs, adventurous ratfolk, mysterious kobolds, and more.

Please note that this printing should be considered a "1.0" version and was released with our Kickstarter. Many rules have since been corrected and revised, and several sections have been re-written. Although an errata page is included, we encourage you to reference the digital version as well, which has all of the changes and is up to date as of 05/2023.

(This book is unrated. It contains mild depictions of heroic violence, some mature themes, and a few creepy pieces of artwork. We recommend Aeres to players age 12+ who are already familiar with the concept of tabletop roleplaying games.)
